Bc Babycare Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in our upcoming Bc Babycare products! These pre-order terms and conditions ("Pre-Order Terms") apply to all pre-orders placed on the Bc Babycare AU official website (the "Site"). By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these Pre-Order Terms in addition to the Bc Babycare AU Terms of Service.

1. Pre-Order Process

  • When you pre-order a product, you are essentially reserving an item for purchase before it is officially released and available for general sale.
  • Pre-orders are only available through the Bc Babycare AU website (the "Site") and follow the standard checkout process.
  • We will require full payment for your pre-order at the time of placement.

2. Pre-Order Availability and Estimated Delivery

  • We will clearly indicate on the product page whether an item is available for pre-order.
  • The product page will also display an estimated delivery date for pre-orders. Please note that this is an estimate and the actual delivery date may vary. We will notify you of any changes to the estimated delivery date.

3. Payment

  • Full payment for your pre-order is required at the time you place your order.
  • We accept the same payment methods as for regular purchases on the Site.

4. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the product ships by contacting Bc Babycare AU customer service at: contact@bcbabycare.com.au.
  • If you cancel your pre-order, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method used.

5. Changes to Pre-Order

  • Unfortunately, we cannot modify pre-orders once they are placed.
  • If you wish to change your pre-order, you can cancel your existing order and place a new one.

6. Product Availability

  • We strive to fulfill all pre-orders; however, we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel pre-orders in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will provide you with a full refund and notify you as soon as possible.

7. Risk of Loss

  • The risk of loss for pre-ordered items passes to you upon shipment.

8. Pre-Order Validity

  • Please be aware that pre-orders are only valid if placed through the official Bc Babycare AU website. Pre-orders placed through other channels, such as third-party retailers or unauthorized websites, are not valid and will not be fulfilled by Bc Babycare AU.
