Order Confirmation

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You may receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Change the Shipping Address

Before your order is prepared for shipping, you can change the shipping address, to change information or cancel order, please email us at contact@bcbabycare.com.au

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@bcbabycare.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We will not deliver to a PO Box, locked bag, or parcel locker. 

 

International orders

Unfortunately, we do not take orders addressed overseas. 

 

Unsuccessful Delivery

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address information provided at checkout, we regret to inform you that we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. Consequently, we are not liable to refund or replace the order in such cases.
